Green tea  is considered to be the healthiest beverage or drink on the planet. It increases brain function, fat loss, decreases the risk of cancer and many other benefits.  Similar to coconut water lets have a look at its benefits.

It is more than a liquid. It has effects to reduce inflammation that also help you in fighting cancer. It gives you a nutritional punch. It helps your body from being damaged by protecting the cells and molecules in the body. 

Green tea also consists of certain minerals that are important for the body. Try to choose higher brands for you consumption of green tea. It is better to go for quality rather than quantity when it comes to your health. Don’t you think so?.

Makes You Smarter

No green tea is not going to make you a genius, but yes it can make you smarter. Green tea doesn’t contain as much caffeine as to have similar effects of it though. Due to this effect of caffeine on green tea, people have actually claimed that they were more focused and productive after drinking green tea, compared to coffee.

Breast cancer and prostate cancer is the best example for showing the superpower green tea holds. Women who drank the most green tea have upto 30% lesser chance of coming across breast cancer.it is the most common cancer among women. Whereas in prostate cancer there is a 48% lesser chance of men having this common cancer if they are frequent green tea drinkers. You can even add a little bit of CBD for a calming effect.

Reduces Symptoms of Arthritis

I don’t think I need to keep reminding you that green tea can lead to a decrease in inflammation. A study shown by  the journal of nutrition  claims that green tea effects in reducing symptoms of arthritis more than consuming water. Even though all the tests were conducted on rats, there is a proper chance that it will affect humans the same way.

I know what you are thinking “ really rats!!”. Well what did you expect?.even though this is not a full time solution it is a good one. And it is clinically proven too. 

Green Tea Reduces The Chance of Heart Related Diseases  

Cardiovascular diseases like stroke or heart disease are one of the biggest causes of loss of life in the world. Green tea can help in reducing the chances of you being affected by them. This includes cholesterol and triglycerides. 

LDL cholesterol is a path way for heart disease. Green tea has antioxidants which stops the LDL particles from being oxidized in your bloodstream. 

So much information had to have made you think about buying green tea by now. Well it is a healthy option too. Well at the same time it is not surprising to see green tea drinkers have gone up drastically. People have started to see the good effects of green tea and have actually converted. 

Green Tea Reduces Chances of Type 2 Diabetes 

Having high blood sugar means you are definitely type 2 diabetic. No need to fear, green tea is here. Green tea helps reduce the insulin resistance in your body Insulin resistance is a condition that happens only when you are type 2 diabetic. 

In this the cells , muscles and liver can not function properly, that is to absorb glucose. 

This glucose is to energize the body and make you active and just like an engine it allows your body to run. This increases the risk of heart diseases as well. But you know what will help don’t you?. Yes of course, green tea will help reduce the risk. 

You May Live Longer!

Well dying is inevitable or you can say unstoppable. At some point in life everyone has to depart. But drinking green tea can help you reduce the chances of you going early. No one wants to die young! And I believe we all should live a long and prosperous life. Additionally, green tea is easily available everywhere.

There is an actual study about this in Japan. They consumed the most green tea and there was a drastic change in their death rate. 

It is not magic, if that is what you were thinking then stop. I already told you all the good things that come from drinking green tea well that is exactly why they lived longer. 

Drinking Green tea is not going to make us superhuman but it can help us live better and healthy lives.
